We take on 4 to 6 events per year — weddings, festivals, private celebrations and everything that doesn't fit neatly into a category. Each one built from scratch, in one of the most extraordinary places on the Pacific coast.

Every group event in Careyes requires a coordinated accommodation strategy — and that coordination happens in close collaboration with the Careyes rentals team. We work directly with them to ensure your guests are housed in the right properties, at the right rates, with the right logistics.

Our role is event production. Their role is property management. Together, we make sure the entire experience — from arrival to the last dance — feels seamless.
